Bilingual Case Manager: Reentry & Community Resources
Priority Dispatch Corp.
HAS is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a caseload of justice-involved participants, linking them to needed resources and developing individualized service plans. You’ll monitor treatment engagement, coordinate wraparound reentry services, and maintain case records in SAMMS. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are desired.
