Picker/Packer

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday and Sunday, from 10:00am-6:00pm (Off on Saturday)

What's the Job?

Manage pick ticket orders from warehouse management system
Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products
Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets
Stage products correctly for shipment
Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements

What's Needed?

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs
Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time
Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
