FP&A Marketing Analyst Location: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid) Company Offers Well-established, iconic brand with strong national presence and continued growth San Antonio–based headquarters — deeply rooted in the community with a collaborative, people‑first culture Known for investing in its people, promoting from within, and offering long-term career stability 5 weeks of PTO starting Day 1 + Flex Weeks for remote work Competitive base salary up to $100,000 plus bonus Typical Day Own marketing budget planning, forecasting, and spend tracking across promotions, campaigns, and media investments Partner directly with Marketing leaders, agencies, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to translate spend into performance insights Analyze pre and post‑campaign results to connect marketing investments to sales impact and ROI Play a key role in transitioning marketing budgeting into the Business Analytics team, helping shape new processes and tools Qualifications Expertise in marketing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or marketing finance (flexible for the right background) Strong working knowledge of variance analysis, ROI measurement, and performance reporting Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Deacon Recruiting
