Office Assistant / Body Shop Assistant

Looking for a full-time role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join our team at Davon Auto in Latonia! We’re searching for a motivated Front Office / Estimating Assistant to help keep our body shop running smoothly.

️ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front office tasks related to the body shop
• Communicate with customers & insurance companies
• Create & input repair estimates
• Schedule body work and car details
• Update website & social media
• Maintain all current licenses
• Oversee employee time-off calendar
• Be flexible in learning other roles to help cover staff absences
• Supervise body shop flow
• Handle vehicle sales and title processing

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM -- No weekends!

Pay: $17–$25/hour (based on experience)
