We want to help you grow into the best version of yourself while providing top‑n​otch care in a supportive environment. We will assist you in identifying your niche and building your caseload. We have a strong referral base and we will provide coaching in marketing and finding your niche to attract clients who are the best fit for you and who will be happiest with your care. We provide weekly group supervision for support. Preference for therapists with experience or comfort in one or more of the following modalities: EMDR, DBT, Registered Play Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples. Clinician will be either credentialed with United Healthcare, Cigna, BCBS, Alliance Medicaid, Partners Medicaid, Amerihealth, WellCare, Carolina Complete Health, and/or Healthy Blue or willing to pursue in order to provide care to our client population. We will do the credentialing for you. Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and the appropriately licensed degree to provide services without supervision e.g. LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT preferred. Provisionally licensed clinicians will be considered, especially if able to provide a preferred modality listed above or are willing to pursue training upon hire. Supervision is available in‑house for LCSWAs based on our current fully licensed clinicians' availability (fees vary based on conditions of hire).
