Regular work schedule is from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Overtime may be required, including weekends Position Summary Production Workers are responsible for operating tools and equipment and assisting in the assembly of vinyl windows and doors. Key Responsibilities Perform various production tasks within assigned department Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs Support team goals and company mission Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately Experience using basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks Education & Skills Ability to read and follow work instructions/worksheets Basic computer and scanner knowledge Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) Basic reading and writing skills Ability to operator a Forklift, a plus. Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
