Service Plumber

Description We are hiring for a Residential Service Plumber! We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to residential customers while adhering to safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with administrative proficiency to support service operations and ensure compliance with state regulations. What We Offer Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Commission on jobs sold and completed, weekly cash bonuses, and monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $170,000-$280,000 annually , based on performance. Journeyman Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping. Install and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes. Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining diagnoses, solutions, and costs to customers. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to avoid plumbing emergencies. Work with office staff on prepare and submit required documentation for plumbing permits and ensure compliance with state and local codes. Stay up-to-date on regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing. Requirements Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State, or Idaho) REQUIRED Valid Administrative License (Admin License). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems. Customer Service & Sales Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions. Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing South West with professionalism. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
