ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 after beginning my State Farm career as a team member. I joined the industry shortly after college and eventually went through the Agent Aspirant Program, which gave me the experience and foundation to pursue agency ownership. I'm a proud Christopher Newport University alumnus, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the James River.

Giving back is important to our agency, and we stay involved through various local charities, nonprofit organizations, and community outreach efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Mike Rybinski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
