Forno Terroni, the new bakery from Gruppo Terroni, is looking for an experienced and passionate baker to join our Brentwood team.

Work alongside Giuseppe Monaco, our Head Baker from Italy, and play an important role in building the bakery program from the ground up. This is an opportunity to contribute your experience, learn from an experienced Italian baker, and grow with an established family-run Italian restaurant group.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Help create the breads, focaccia, pastries, and other baked goods that will define Forno Terroni.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, curious, and passionate about great bread, with a strong understanding of fermentation, ingredients, technique, and consistency.

Responsibilities include:

● Producing traditional and specialty Italian breads

● Managing natural fermentation and long-fermented doughs

● Developing doughs and recipes

● Scaling, mixing, shaping, and baking

● Organizing daily production

● Maintaining quality and consistency

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may be an experienced baker, pastry chef, bread specialist, or artisan bakery professional.

You bring:

● 3+ years of professional baking experience

● Strong knowledge of bread and dough production

● A solid understanding of fermentation

● High standards for quality and consistency

● A strong work ethic and positive attitude

● The ability to work collaboratively

● A genuine appreciation for Italian food and baking

Italian or European baking experience is a major plus, but not required.
