Octapharma Plasma - 183689 East Ridge Road - Responsibilities: Ensure total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP) to maintain the highest production standards and ensure facility compliance.; Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture.; Maintains cleanliness of work area to ensure a clean and professional environment.; Reviews and confirms donor identification and maintains donor confidentiality per Standard Operating Procedures.; Executes venipunctures and plasma collection, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
