Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific conditions and goals, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Guide patients through a regimen of therapeutic exercises, stretches, and daily activities tailored to promote pain relief and physical well-being.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and home-based exercise programs that assist in their recovery journey.
• Apply treatment modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and therapeutic heat/cold under your supervision to support patient healing.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including tracking range of motion improvements, strength gains, and functional milestones using our electronic health records system.
• Prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and readily available.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes, coordinating treatment efforts with colleagues across various therapy disciplines.
• Provide emotional support to patients, actively fostering a positive environment that encourages motivation and resilience during their rehabilitation process.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for individual rights throughout the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
