Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' goals, needs, and impediments to mobility.
• Design and implement individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based interventions aimed at restoring movement and function.
• Monitor treatment outcomes through regular evaluations, modifying care as necessary to align with progress.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Utilize professional judgment to provide cost-effective treatments, reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-invasive alternatives to surgery.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately within our EMR system, specifically WebPT, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
• Motivate and inspire patients during their rehabilitation journey, enhancing their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care outcomes, including consultations with referring physicians and other specialists.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy by engaging in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily present with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
