Project Manager (PM)

The Logistics Company, Inc. is seeking applicants for the following position: Requisition Code: 26-FSG-001 Open Date: 9/4/2026 Status: Prospect Project Work Location: Fort Stewart (GA) Job Description: The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. The PM shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University and five (5) years' experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to Base Operation and Support Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), GA, which includes the overall management, supervision, personnel, labor, generalized or specialized equipment necessary to maintain, repair, operate, and perform the following Common Levels of Support (CLS): CLS Service Title 403 Solid Waste Management 404 Maintenance - Grounds 408 Pavement Clearance 411 Facility Maintenance - Vertical 420 Facility Maintenance - Horizontal 501 Heating and Cooling Services 503 Wastewater Services 510 Pest Management Requirements: If the PM doesn't have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Facility Management, then they shall have two (2) of the following certifications: Facility Management Professions (FMP) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM) The PM shall be available between 0730 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government Facility is closed for administrative reasons.
