What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills on a variety of parts and materials

• Editing and adjusting G&M codes at the controller

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and routings

• Performing tool changes and adjusting offsets to maintain tight tolerances

• Conducting in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools

• Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments independently

• Following all shop safety procedures and standard operating guidelines

✅ What We're Looking For

• Proven CNC machining experience in a production environment

• Experience operating both CNC lathes and mills

• Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• CNC programming experience is a strong plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $96000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
