Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Working remotely, the full-time Revenue Cycle Coordinator will manage billing, follow-up, and collection activities to secure appropriate reimbursement for services rendered while resolving payer issues and ensuring accurate claim processing. Key responsibilities Perform billing and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of assigned accounts Contact third-party payers to investigate claim status and resolve denials or rejections Review and analyze patient accounts to identify billing discrepancies and payment delays Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, patient accounts, or revenue cycle management Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Ability to prioritize a high-volume workload Experience in identifying process issues and recommending improvements Virtual Vocations Inc
