About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's rapid growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operator with a proven track record in leading hyper-growth environments and managing investment and margin effectively. This hands-on leadership position requires the ability to partner closely with the founders and executive team, operationalizing the company's disruptive vision, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the goals and priorities. The COO will be responsible for scaling team capacity, building and reinventing processes, and harmonizing various functions to meet the demands of the business. Experience in project management, staff planning, resource management, and financial planning is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience as an EOS integrator and a background in legal issues and best practices for a creative agency. The ideal candidate for the COO role at the company will be an optimistic, nurturing, collaborative, and decisive leader, with a strong focus on AI integration and a passion for reinventing service offerings to be AI-centric. A background in marketing agencies, particularly in creative and social settings, is required, with at least 20 years of experience in the field. The role demands a leader who can balance big dreams and disruption with operational best practices, and who is adept at nurturing a culture of excellence, joy, and belief in possibility. The COO will also be responsible for P&L planning, balancing staff costs with growth investments, and guiding the agency to meet its financial targets. Strong relationships and the ability to work with the parent company and sister agencies are also key aspects of the role.
