Chief Operating Officer

The client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational excellence and spearheading initiatives in support of their mission. The COO will closely collaborate with the CEO and will be an integral part of the leadership team, overseeing finance, human resources, facilities, and technology functions. Additionally, the COO will manage kitchen operations responsible for serving over 1.5 million medically tailored meals annually to more than 7,000 individuals. This role represents the client's intention to scale and optimize operations with innovation. The organization is dedicated to nourishing the health and spirit of individuals with critical illnesses by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals with care and dignity. Since its inception, it has provided millions of meals to the critically ill across the region. As a leader in the "Food is Medicine" movement, the client champions national expansion of medically tailored meals to ensure access to essential nutrition for those battling illness. With recent expansions in their facilities, the client is positioned to prepare and deliver even more meals, responding to the growing needs within their community. The COO will act as a vital operational and strategic partner to the CEO and the leadership team, guiding the organization through its next phase of growth while maintaining strong, mission-focused operations.
