You will also work in tandem with the latest AI innovations to enhance the content creation process, delivering more personalized, relevant content at a larger and more efficient scale while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker and creative wordsmith who is eager to combine strong writing and research skills with evolving technology. If you are a persuasive storyteller with exceptional research skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in leveraging AI to elevate digital content, wed love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively across the SEO team to improve organic performance by using strong analytical, technical, research, and content marketing skills, while leveraging the latest AI innovations to enhance research, strategy, and content developmentManage and execute day-to-day tactical operations of strategies including, but not limited to: competitive analysis, keyword research, local profile optimization, content optimization, technical SEO, & data analysis, using AI-driven tools and workflows where appropriate to improve efficiency, personalization, and scaleOptimize on-site content for maximum organic performance; this includes HTML, image optimization, site structure, and metadata, as well as page layout and internal linking, while incorporating AI-assisted optimization to create more relevant and personalized user experiencesPossess or understand the factors for local search management and management of local search initiativesKeep up-to-date with latest industry and SEO trends, algorithm updates, SERP landscape changes, content optimization best practices, and emerging AI search technologies and platformsStay current with the latest AI innovations and identify opportunities to incorporate new tools, technologies, and workflows into content production and SEO strategyWork in tandem with AI-powered tools to research, develop, optimize, and scale high-quality content while maintaining accuracy, originality, client voice, and brand standardsHelp develop more personalized and locally relevant content at scale by combining human creativity, strategic thinking, and AI-assisted workflowsManage SEO project plans as assigned, related to client deliverables, including AI-supported content initiatives and evolving optimization strategiesMonitor organic traffic and performance reports and provide insights to continuously improve both traditional search and AI-driven content strategies"Qualifications, Skills, and RequirementsBachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing or related field.1+ years of professional copywriting experience.Experience in informative, persuasive, and transactional writing.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and proofreading skills.Ability to adapt writing style and tone to appeal to different audiences.Self-motivated and detail oriented.Ability to write clear, concise, compelling copy while meeting deadlines across multiple projects. Experience or willingness or learn strategic brainstorming, keyword research, and creative execution of content.Must be effective working independently and contributing in a team environment.Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
