We Are Hiring – Front Desk Executive We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our growing immigration services team. Key Roles & Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients visiting the office Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Collect, organize, and maintain client documents Coordinate with legal, sales, and processing teams Maintain visitor records and front office operations Ensure smooth and professional client communication Required Skills Strong communication skills Professional and polite behaviour Basic computer and email proficiency Organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service skills Salary: During training and probation: $30K–$33K/year (based on experience) Monday to Friday 8 hours a day Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes an 1 hr lunch break) Note- Job will be on-site at our Lafayette, Indiana, USA office Send applications on - View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
