Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and key milestones

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items

• Keep project documentation and internal trackers up to date

• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up items

• Communicate project updates across internal teams

• Help identify delays, missing information, or scheduling conflicts

• Organize files, materials, and project-related records

• Support managers with day-to-day project coordination needs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Good attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple priorities at once

• Professional and dependable

• Previous experience in project support, operations, coordination, or a similar role is preferred
