Revenue Accounting Lead - Hybrid, High-Impact Role

Revenue Manager - Hybrid (only a few times a quarter in the office) We are partnering with a fast-growing public life sciences company seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to join its Revenue Accounting team in a high-impact, highly visible role reporting directly to the Revenue Controller. In this role, you will: Lead and review revenue-related accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and month-end close processes Analyze complex gross-to-net accounting areas including pharmacy rebates, chargebacks, sales reserves, and customer-related considerations Partner closely with Commercial, Market Access, and FP&A teams to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure accurate accounting treatment Support new business initiatives and drive process improvements across the revenue accounting function Collaborate with external auditors and assist with technical accounting projects and internal controls Help strengthen reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial integrity across the organization Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred 5+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or public company environments Strong understanding of revenue accounting and financial reporting Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Experience with SAP is a plus Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills required Why This Opportunity: High-visibility role with executive exposure Opportunity to work on complex and strategic accounting matters Collaborative and growth-oriented culture Hybrid work environment with flexibility Excellent opportunity for career advancement within a rapidly growing public company #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO, Inc
