Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About the Role Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than you think - beyond the bedside. Your real-world understanding of nursing workflows, EHR systems, and patient care will directly shape how AI reasons about clinical data, documentation, and decision-making. - Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows
- Review and provide structured feedback on AI responses related to EHR documentation, clinical decision support, and patient data management
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI-generated healthcare content
- Draw on your hands-on experience with systems like Epic or Cerner to assess clinical realism and usability
- Translate nursing domain knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in nursing informatics or health IT
- Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows
- Strong ability to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings clearly
- Comfortable working with data, guidelines, and structured feedback formats
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Prior experience in data annotation, content evaluation, or clinical quality improvement
- Background in nursing education, informatics governance, or clinical systems implementation
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
