What You'll Do
  • Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows
  • Review and provide structured feedback on AI responses related to EHR documentation, clinical decision support, and patient data management
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI-generated healthcare content
  • Draw on your hands-on experience with systems like Epic or Cerner to assess clinical realism and usability
  • Translate nursing domain knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in nursing informatics or health IT
  • Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows
  • Strong ability to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings clearly
  • Comfortable working with data, guidelines, and structured feedback formats
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in data annotation, content evaluation, or clinical quality improvement
  • Background in nursing education, informatics governance, or clinical systems implementation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
