Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee site operations and support a government contract in El Paso, TX & Huntsville, AL . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a background in physical logistics, and experience managing teams and executing contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations and analytical activities.
Lead and manage the site workforce.
Ensure tasks are completed according to contract requirements and performance standards.
Monitor daily operations and team performance.
Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of experience in physical logistics and leading analytical teams.
3+ years of leadership experience within the Department of Defense (DoD).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Active Secret security clearance.

Work Environment

This position supports government contract operations and requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to lead teams in a structured operational environment.
