Role Description The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for leading regional sales and marketing activities, including setting sales targets, developing growth strategies, and overseeing execution across assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include managing and coaching the sales team, building relationships with healthcare providers, conducting client meetings and presentations, and monitoring performance metrics. The Regional Director will collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align offerings with customer needs, coordinate marketing campaigns, and identify new business opportunities. The role also includes budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership on market trends, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
