4 Corner Resources is hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity (approximately 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business need. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being a friendly face, keeping an office organized, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the friendly and professional greeter for visitors, agents, owners, and employees
• Set up and maintain the reception area and office spaces so they are organized and ready for the day
• Prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces ahead of scheduled meetings and interviews
• Coordinate and book conference rooms for agents, owners, and internal meetings
• Assist with onsite interview and meeting setup as needed
• Monitor and respond to messages and requests through Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Help coordinate general office needs, including maintenance and repair requests
• Keep track of office supplies and help ensure shared spaces remain clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Provide general administrative and front desk support as needed
• Proactively identify office needs and help resolve issues to keep the workplace running smoothly

Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and scheduling
• Experience with calendars, room booking, meeting coordination, or office administration preferred
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working in an onsite office environment
• Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and anticipate office needs

Front Desk Coordinator Details:

• Location: Lake Mary, FL (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $18-$20/hour
• Duration: Contract role (approximately 3-6 months) with strong potential to convert to a permanent position
