Sparrow Millwork is a custom millwork and solid surface fabrication shop in Longwood, FL. We build architectural woodwork, cabinetry, and solid surface (Corian and HI-MACS) for commercial interiors. We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker to join our shop team.
What you will do:
- Build and assemble casework and custom cabinetry from shop drawings and cut lists
- Run shop machinery: table saw, panel saw, edgebander, and related tools
- Apply laminate, edgebanding, and finishes
- Solid surface fabrication (Corian, HI-MACS) is a strong plus
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on cabinet or millwork shop experience
- Able to read shop drawings and cut lists
- Comfortable running shop machinery accurately and safely
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and works well on a team
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Full-time, in-shop position in Longwood. Pay based on experience.
