Job Description We are a growing sign company seeking a skilled Carpenter Fabricator to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands‑on professional who takes pride in precision work and enjoys building high-quality custom products. You will work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, and plastics to fabricate custom signage in a shop environment. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom signage components Work with wood, metal, and plastic materials Operate power tools and shop equipment safely Read and interpret shop drawings and measurements Maintain close tolerances and high attention to detail Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines Requirements Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work within tight tolerances Experience with wood, metal, and plastic fabrication Ability to follow directions and work independently Reliable and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a sign shop or fabrication environment Welding or metalworking experience (a plus) Ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings Airbrush & automotive spray paint (a plus) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full‑time work Opportunities for advancement Team‑oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Sign King
