Apprentice Service Plumber Western Heating & Air Conditioning’s Veteran’s Plumbing department is looking for an Apprentice Service Plumber in Boise, ID. Pay starting at $19.00 - DOE. The position is full‑time. Western Heating is a family‑owned company that has been in business since 1967 and acquired Veterans Plumbing in 2025. Key Responsibilities Assist in servicing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including water supply lines, fixtures, and drainage systems. Assist with diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and accurately. Operate plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe threaders, soldering tools, and drain cleaning machines. Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Document work performed, materials used, and any recommendations for future service. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area and appearance. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrity. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
