We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support an upcoming event through a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing a brand effectively, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting. The selected candidate will help create a welcoming booth environment, respond to attendee questions, and capture customer interest with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare the event booth before opening by organizing materials, arranging displays, and ensuring the space is ready for visitors.
• Represent the company at the trade event by welcoming attendees and creating a friendly, positive first impression.
• Share clear and accurate information about the company’s products, service locations, and general offerings.
• Respond to customer questions about item availability and help guide visitors to appropriate solutions.
• Gather attendee details, requests, and follow-up needs with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate product sample requests with the appropriate teams and keep supporting records well organized.
• Support event operations throughout the assignment, including booth coverage during event hours and breakdown at the close of the event.
• Build positive connections with customers and prospective clients by providing attentive, high-quality service at every interaction.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or other client-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with a wide range of customers and event attendees.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting customer information, inquiries, and requests.
• Comfortable answering questions, providing product-related information, and supporting follow-up needs.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer communication is preferred.
• Familiarity with order entry or similar administrative support tasks is an advantage.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in an event-based environment.
