No insurance experience? No problem—we provide full mentorship and training! We offer competitive pay, no weekend shifts, and a clear path to get licensed and grow into an Agent.

(Already have a California P&C license? Starting pay is negotiable based on experience!)

What You’ll Do

• Help Clients: Answer calls, greet visitors, handle billing questions, and update policies with a friendly tone.
• Solve Problems: Research account histories and untangle tricky billing issues.
• Keep the Office Running: Process payments, handle daily deposits, organize mail, and support renewals.
• Spot Coverage Needs: Notice gaps in client protection during routine updates and suggest logical additions.

What We’re Looking For

• Career-Driven: Ready to learn and willing to earn your California P&C license in your first 30 days.
• Detail-Oriented: Organized, accurate, and good at managing your time.
• Great Communicator: Friendly, empathetic, and clear on the phone.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Word/Excel and quick to learn new systems.
