Shift Manager

Looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead McDonald’s restaurants. About the Role Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate shift responsibilities to the next manager. Responsibilities Food safety and compliance Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18+ years, flexible schedule, positive team player, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
