SA – Shift Manager McDonald’s (franchise) – We are looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to lead each shift, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer. Franchise notice: This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer; McDonald’s USA has no role in employment decisions. Responsibilities Lead shifts each week to deliver fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take corrective action to reach McDonald’s standards. Ensure safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next shift manager. Help departments meet their targets and communicate expectations. Track and meet shift targets and department goals. Key duties (as a Shift Manager) Food safety Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule and enthusiasm for fast‑paced work. Must be 18 years or older to serve as manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
