Join Chick-fil-A Greenfield as we are looking for the perfect leader to fill our Sales & Brand Growth Director position. As a Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee a portion of an 8+ million dollar business, lead people, and influence our community of Hancock County. This role would be responsible for the growth of our business and community connections within Hancock County. You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment while learning skills for running a business, but even more importantly - leading your life. Responsibilities:

• Own/take charge of sales growth and marketing initiatives
• Oversee our catering operations & outside sales partners
• Lead events & connect with the community of Hancock county inside and outside the restaurant
• Leading & Managing others
• Oversee the development of leaders in area of responsibility
• Ability to lead & work in Operations of the business

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business/leadership experience (Restaurant experience preferred but not required)
• Bachelor degree or higher (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, Initiate/ownership in all you do
