The individual in this role is responsible for greeting customers as they come in for service, performing a walk-around with the customer before and after service, writing repair orders, and collecting payment. Service AdvisorDuties and Responsibilities Proactively greeting and assisting all customers in a friendly, professional manner Perform a vehicle walk-around with the customer before and after service, taking pictures every time Gather customer information and reason for visit Write up repair order and obtain customer e-signatures Provide customer with accurate quotes Communicate with technicians on vehicle repair Maintain open communicationwith customer on other recommended repairs and vehicle status Finalize, close, and cash out repair orders in a timely manner Service AdvisorRequirements and Qualifications Generalhigh school diploma or equivalent Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Positive appearance Able to deliver a fantastic customer experience 18 years of age or older Pass drug screening,background check and MVR check Dealership experience is a plus This position requires mid-levelphysical activity (standing/walking continuously) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Three days a week, Twelve working hours a day.
