Job Description

Are you a Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX integrations? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead enterprise CRM transformation initiatives, architect scalable Salesforce solutions, and build seamless contact center integrations.

Role: Salesforce Architect (Genesys Cloud CX)
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience: 10+ Years
• Preference: Ex-Genesys candidates are highly preferred

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Architecture (3+ Years)
• Salesforce Platform (10+ Years)
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage Integration
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Open CTI Integration
• Enterprise CRM Architecture
• Omni-Channel & Contact Center Solutions
• HLD / LLD Documentation
• DevOps & Enterprise Integrations

Preferred Certifications:

Salesforce CTA / Application Architect / System Architect
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Integration Architect
MuleSoft Certification
Genesys Cloud CX Certification
