Purpose of the Job – Overview
Location: Fully Remote
Must have a 2 to 3 hours backup, 22 to 24" monitor with HDMI cable, table, chair, and a quiet place to work.
Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
• Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST
About the Role
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordination: Help coordinate recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
- Communication: Liaise with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Placement Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and Placement functions, such as preparing reports and maintaining files.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Education: Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
