Join a high-impact, Republican-led Get Out the Vote (GOTV) field effort across Congressional District 4. We are seeking disciplined, self-motivated independent field representatives to engage local voters directly at their doors on key conservative policies, voter participation, and core platform issues.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity offering complete flexibility over your daily schedule. Because earnings are calculated per completed door contact, your production directly determines your payout. Driven canvassers who maintain a steady pace across full daylight hours routinely generate $250+ per day, up to 7 days per week. Manage your own schedule, pace, and route efficiency within standard daylight canvassing hours (8:00 AM until dusk).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to travel between residential addresses and conduct door-to-door voter contact outdoors for extended periods in varying autumn weather conditions.
• Technology: Must have access to a working iOS or Android smartphone with active cellular data and the ability to run the campaign tracking application.
• Communication & Demeanor: Comfortable engaging voters on conservative issues and candidate platforms. You do not need to be a registered Republican, but you must be professional, persuasive, and aligned with conducting outreach on center-right topics.
• Background Check : Must pass a standard criminal background check prior to receiving route assignments.
• Orientation: Must complete a one-time, 1-hour orientation (sessions available Thursday through Sunday).
• Reliability: Self-starter mindset with reliable transportation to reach canvassing turf throughout Kalamazoo.
