Join us!**THE ROLE**The Concessions Food Prep at Yankee Stadium is responsible for preparing concessions menu items or assisting with food preparation. They may also assist cashiers with facilitating the orders to guests.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Serving customers in a timely and friendly manner.* Properly handling inventory.* Preparing the product.* Ensuring that all food warmers are kept full.* Maintaining proper food handling procedures.* Organizing the workstation.* Proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.* Organizing and cleaning the stand, removing garbage, and cleaning equipment.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.* All applicants must be at least 18 years of age* Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.* Must be able to work fluently in English* Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.* Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.* Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.* Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time* Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.* High school diploma or equivalent.
