Location: New York City, NY. This is an on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment and wants to work closely with founders and leadership.

Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, Chief of Staff work, or a similarly demanding strategy and operations environment. This is a hands-on operating role, not an Executive Assistant position.

Job Description

• Serve as an operating right hand to the founders and help turn strategic priorities into measurable results.
• Drive the CEO's priority agenda, ensuring key initiatives have clear owners, timelines, and follow-through.
• Own leadership operating rhythms including weekly meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain company dashboards, metrics, reporting, and goal-tracking systems.
• Identify problems, bottlenecks, and emerging priorities before they become larger issues.
• Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects across the business.
• Strengthen internal communications, documentation, decision-making, and organizational alignment.
• Participate directly in strategic discussions and bring thoughtful, well-supported recommendations to leadership.
• Hold teams and leaders accountable to priorities while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them from idea through execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, Chief of Staff work, or a closely related strategic operating role.
• Strong record of owning outcomes rather than only analyzing or advising.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to operate effectively with ambiguity, develop a point of view, and respectfully challenge assumptions.
• Startup or founder-facing operating experience is strongly preferred.
