Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start.
• CPR (Basic) required.
• HEP B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Signed Job Description required.
• Completed Orientation Documents required.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• Weekend rotation required.
• 8-hour shifts.
