What You'll Do

• Develop and implement patient treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices
• Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use supportive devices
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment accordingly
• Document assessments, treatments, and discharge summaries per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Support and Supervise rehab aides and students as needed
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities

What You Need

• Missouri State Physical Therapist License or eligibility
• Previous outpatient/rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of standard rehab practices and documentation
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical protocols
