Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.

• Lead daily site operations and construction activities
• Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and milestone targets
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
• Collaborate with project management and client teams
• Conduct site meetings and progress reporting
• Drive project execution from mobilisation through closeout

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Experience leading projects valued at $50M+
• Background in multifamily, senior living, student housing, or similar projects
• Strong tenure with reputable construction firms
• Demonstrated career progression and leadership growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
• Strong safety, scheduling, and subcontractor management expertise
