Traveling Construction Superintendent Gemini Construction Company, LLC Gemini Construction is the construction arm of Hull Property Group and specializes in performing all aspects of retail construction in operating environments. Gemini Construction works in cooperation with Hull Property Group to complete large scale renovation and demolition projects, everyday site work and store build outs for national retailers at all of the company's retail properties. Together Hull Property Group and Gemini Construction work to create welcoming and functional shopping environments that appeal to both tenants and customers. The Traveling Construction Superintendent is based in Augusta, GA, and travels to various project sites as needed. This role is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Additional duties may be assigned as required. Key Responsibilities include: Conduct daily reviews to ensure compliance with construction plans and perform quality control inspections of subcontractors' work. Review, understand, and enforce project schedules and milestone obligations. Coordinate and manage multiple trades and tasks simultaneously, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts in work conditions. Maintain accurate daily job logs and track and report construction activities on the jobsite. Identify potential change orders and scope gaps in a timely manner and communicate accordingly. Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Ensure jobsites are kept clean, organized, and professional at all times. Enforce OSHA regulations and Company safety policies and procedures. Requirements Work Location: On site 5 plus years of construction experience; multiple divisions are preferred. Ability to read drawings, specifications, and renderings. Must be available via phone and/or e-mail for extended work hours, including weekends. Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
