Relationship Specialist

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking a Relationship Specialist to serve customers at our new Oxford, North Carolina branch. The role focuses on greeting and assisting customers with routine banking transactions while building strong relationships and recommending products to meet their needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST The Relationship Specialist greets customers, processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments, and updates account information. The position includes new account processing, identifying customer needs, and recommending financial products and services. Qualifications 3–5 years of prior banking experience preferred Excellent relationship building skills Experience working with the public and handling money Basic math and computer skills Work Schedule This full‑time role runs Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with weekends off.
