Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN)

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment providing specialized patient care to adult inpatients and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, and drain placements. This role involves preparing patients, monitoring them during procedures, and overseeing post-procedure recovery in the PACU and extended stay areas (23-hour). As a critical part of the embolization response team for trauma patients, the IR RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule

This position offers a 4x10.0 shift schedule, requiring 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York State RN License
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology
• Telemetry experience
