Candidate Profile Enthusiastic about serving others A passionate team player who leads by example Self‑motivated and has a strong work ethic Responsible and trustworthy Coachable and receptive to feedback Shift Leader Responsibilities Open the store timely and efficiently, alone or with a team Prepare food items promptly and monitor stock levels Serve customers with joy, demonstrating thorough knowledge of all product details and service standards Handle cash responsibly and perform closing cash‑out procedures accurately Exemplify Sundae’s customer‑service standards; execute with pride and leadership Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and team cleaning tasks Lead the team to success during a shift by setting the example for positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness standards Experience & Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience preferred Food‑service experience preferred Must be 16 or older Must have work availability throughout the winter season (approximately 9/30/2026) Physical Requirements Move, traverse, or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours Use manual equipment (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food‑service equipment and touchscreens Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height #J-18808-Ljbffr
