Payroll & Billing Specialist

Training and Support This position requires knowledge of HR payroll systems and processing payroll for 50 – 200 employees. It also supports the billing needs of the company, including reconciling and reviewing timesheets to validate hours for accurate billing, tracking and maintaining active service agreements. Job Summary A candidate with prior experience in medical billing, payroll and administrative tasks is a plus. Job Duties Review, reconcile, monitor, and confirm payments and invoices. Provide tracking and monitoring reports on a regular basis, per request of supervisors and other team members. Perform general office duties (filing, records management, etc.). Enter billing records into electronic invoicing system for reimbursements from regional center offices. Review, data entry, and processing of payroll as assigned. Perform other associated duties to support billing/payroll functions, such as timesheet reconcilation, overtime tracking, and more. In addition to the duties listed above, we are seeking a candidate who is a fast‑learner with positive energy and the ability to work well in a small team. Requirements At least one year of prior experience working in an office setting, including general office duties (filing, answering calls/emails, data entry, etc.). At least one year of general accounting/finance experience. Good written and verbal skills for emails, phone calls and meeting minutes. Ability to work independently with minimum oversight.
