Receptionist Part Time

Beacon Health Management located in Tampa Palms has an opportunity for a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist will provide administrative support to the Tampa Office. Must be technically savvy and experienced in Share Point. Responsibilities Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries May be required to perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Detail oriented with ability to work independently Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative Professionally communicate with colleagues, visitors and vendors at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Health Management
