General Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for working as a cohesive team with their co-workers while keeping the store clean and organized and delivering top notch customer service (in addition to many other tasks). Customer service is our #1 priority. Sales Associates must be outgoing, energetic and willing to help their neighbors. While working at ACE, you will learn many life skills in a fun and high pace environment. ACE Peninsula Hardware is filled with energetic, creative, positive, hardworking, team members who bring out the best in each other day in and day out. Requirements

Education/Training: High School or GED equivalent.

Experience: Formal retail experience preferred.

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.
