Director, Corporate Governance

Job Title: Director, Corporate Governance Salary: $225,000- $275,000 plus bonus and RSU’s Skills: Corporate Governance, SEC Compliance, Legal Advisory, Public Company Experience, Law Firm Experience, Securities About Company / Opportunity: We are an industry leader seeking a Director of Securities and Governance to play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC laws, NYSE regulations, and corporate governance best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company in a high-demand space. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and public company reporting. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and NYSE rules. Oversee Section 16 filings and manage disclosure-related matters. Support earnings releases and investor relations activities. Advise on corporate equity and debt financing, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Develop corporate policies and provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and governance. Assist with equity-related matters. This is an individual contributor role with opportunities for advancement. Must-Have Skills: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 4 years in a law firm. In-house experience at a publicly traded company. Strong knowledge of SEC laws and corporate governance.
